Become an Approved Modern-Motion Retail Partner

 We welcome enquiries from established furniture retailers and businesses that are well positioned to represent Modern-Motion products. We review each application individually to make sure there is a good fit for both the retailer and our brand.

Not necessarily. We consider both physical retailers and suitable online businesses. What matters is that customers receive a professional buying experience and appropriate product information and support.

We ask new retail partners to purchase a minimum of two chairs as part of our starter pack. We provide in-store advertising banners and product information packs free of charge to help you showcase the Modern-Motion range.

We supply our chairs to approved retail partners at trade prices. Retailers then sell directly to their customers and determine their own retail selling prices. 

Yes. Each Modern-Motion chair has a Recommended Retail Price (RRP), which reflects the product's positioning and helps provide a clear reference point for our retail partners. Retailers remain free to determine their own selling prices. 

 Yes. Approved retail partners are welcome to sell Modern-Motion products online, subject to our brand and product presentation guidelines. 

 We provide our retail partners with product and warranty information, together with appropriate after-sales support. Full details of our warranty and support arrangements are provided to approved retail partners.

 Delivery times can vary depending on the model, upholstery choice, stock availability and order requirements. Your Modern-Motion representative can provide current delivery information when you place an order. 

 Where appropriate, we will help customers find their nearest Modern-Motion retail partner so they can view, try and purchase our products locally. 

We review each enquiry individually, taking into account factors such as the retailer's location, business, customer offering and market positioning. We want to work with retail partners who can represent Modern-Motion professionally and provide customers with a consistently high standard of service.
