The chair arrives assembled, requiring only a simple attachment to the base — no tools needed. The footstool includes minimal assembly and comes with an Allen key.

The Windsor includes a 1‑year guarantee on fabric and leather covers, and a 2‑year guarantee on the mechanism, foam, and base. 

It supports a maximum user weight of 120 kg, ensuring dependable comfort and stability.
