Delivery times depend on the specification, but we normally deliver within 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of the order. 

We direct the customer to one of our retail partners in their local area. We also promote our retail partners on our website so customers can quickly find retailers in their area. 

Yes, we review each enquiry carefully, taking into account the retailer's location and market positioning. We want to ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service from all of our retail partners.
